Enterprise Security Transformation Program

Challenge: A private equity-owned company faced extreme cyber risk with no established cybersecurity program. The CEO brought me in to evaluate and fix the situation.

Approach: I took direct management of the team, immediately assessed the vulnerabilities, deployed cutting-edge security tools, and began closing the most critical gaps.

Results: Transformed this into one of the company's highest-performing functions. Achieved a 90% reduction in critical vulnerabilities, revolutionized incident management capabilities, and reduced average security incident response time to minutes.

Enterprise Identity Transformation

Challenge: 13 acquired companies needed consolidation so their systems could be properly secured and employees correctly identified across the organization.

Approach: Created a unified directory service as the foundation for corporate identity management.

Results: Reduced employee onboarding time to just 1 hour, eliminated 99% of orphaned accounts, and significantly improved security posture. Scaled capacity to onboard 1,000+ new employees in this rapidly growing enterprise.

Call Center Consolidation

Challenge: A company operated four separate call centers with four different vendors—one per product line—essentially increasing costs with no added value.

Approach: Radically simplified operations by migrating to a single, cloud-based call center platform.

Results: Achieved approximately 50% cost savings, enabled flexible team management across all product lines, improved reporting and visibility for leadership, and consolidated security with SSO, MFA, and advanced monitoring capabilities.
